The development of Fluorosome^® systems incorporating various drug transport proteins, both active and facilitative, e.g. ABCB1 (Pgp), ABCG2 (BCRP), ABCC1 (MRP1), and OATP, is an ongoing endeavor of TFC Biosciences.
